Refunds and Returns

Payments are made through paypal. However once you paypal screen comes up, you then have the option of paying with a debit or credit card without having to have or log into a paypal account.

It’s no problem to get an exchange or a refund. We just ask that you send your purchase back to us within 28 days of receipt of goods, making sure it’s unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Teal & Greene will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.

To return an item send it to:

Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.

Please contact us about any faulty items within 7 working days from delivery.


Your Right To Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 1834 871981.

If your order has been dispatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address shown under Returns and Refunds. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, as soon as possible but please allow up to 30 days from cancellation.

If you were to cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.
